Rumi’s Kitchen
Nestled within Avalon, a sprawling luxury mixed-use community in Alpharetta, Ga., Rumi’s Kitchen serves traditional, elegant Persian cuisine. This is the second location for the popular restaurant, with the first in Sandy Springs.
The project involved constructing the new restaurant within an existing 4,880 sq. ft. shell space to include a kitchen, main dining room, private dining room, bar area and restrooms. Additionally, an exterior patio was built and improvements were made to the exterior façade of the restaurant.
The project involved construction of the entire inner workings of the restaurant as well as an exterior patio and improvements to the exterior façade of the restaurant.
