Located in downtown Alpharetta, Ga., Teasley Place is a mid-rise mixed-used building with retail shops, office spaces and parking on the ground level and three upper levels of luxury residential condominiums. The development appeals to residents and business owners who enjoy the walkability factor of a historic district.
The project consisted of constructing this building, with access from sidewalks located between it and adjoining roadways. The ground level contains 12 retail spaces, three of which are designed for restaurants, plus three office spaces. Resident parking is available in a garage structure underneath the condominium units, and additional parking is provided in a lower level garage that also houses storage areas for residents.
